Head Percussion Instructor- Patrick P. Broussard
Mr. Broussard is a 2007 graduate from Acadiana High School. He experienced playing front ensemble and drumline 2 years each. Patrick served as Symphonic Band principal player for two years and front ensemble captain his senior year. He also was part of District Honor band for 2 years and All-South Honor band his senior year where he served as 1st chair in the ensemble. Patrick is majoring in music education at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is studying with Percussion Director, Mr. Troy Breaux. Patrick has served as Symphonic Band principal player and front ensemble captain during his sophomore year.

Colorguard Instructor- Cabrina Dabney
Attends the University of Louisiana at Lafayette majoring in Sociology.
Plans on going into social work working with victims of domestic abuse.
Member of the Bonnabel Bruin Band from 2003-2007.
Took part in Jefferson parish district honor band.
Member of the Bonnabel "Lagniappe" Winterguard from 2004-2007.
Member of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Colorguard from 2007- present.
Member of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette Winterguard from 2007-present.
Served as captain of guard for past 2 years.
Has written for many Louisiana Colorguards.

Native of Carencro and 2001 CHS Band Alumni
Bachelors degree from ULL in Preforming Arts-Theatre/Dance
Teaches dance (modern & broadway) at Elite School of Performing Arts in Lafayette
Skilled with low brass (baritone, trombone, tuba) and piano
Drum Major at Nicholls State for 2 years
Plans to teach and direct in live theatre and dance
Has worked with several youth focused non-profits where he developed several youth advocacy campaigns and planned camps and conferences
Has done work with Boys and Girls Club.
